This end-of-terrace Victorian house has been completely refurbished by the current owners over the past few years, and DJC have been involved from the outset.  The loft was converted into a cinema room and bathroom seven years ago, and the majority of the first floor gutted and completely reconfigured not long after.  The most recent works involve a kitchen extension and external landscaping.
